Our photo trip doesn’t follow a rigid itinerary — and that’s by design. We adapt daily to the best possible light and weather conditions, so you can capture Iceland’s wild beauty in the most optimal moments.
Outside golden-hour and aurora shooting, we explore the best of Iceland: iconic waterfalls, geothermal zones, black-sand beaches, and the hauntingly beautiful Highlands. You’ll photograph not just the tourist classics, but also off-the-grid locations we don’t reveal until we get there.

⚙️ Characteristics of the Expedition
This will be a no-compromise photo expedition designed for true landscape photography enthusiasts. Forget boring loops along the ring road — we’ll be traveling in heavily modified 4x4 jeeps 🛻, capable of reaching Iceland’s most remote and dramatic locations.
🌄 While we will visit a few iconic classics, the main focus is the Highlands and mountain regions such as Þórsmörk and other hard-to-reach landscapes rarely seen by tourists.
🧭 There is no fixed itinerary. This is not a sightseeing tour — it’s a flexible photography mission. Each day, we’ll adapt our route based on live forecast models, chasing the best light, weather, and photo potential. Expect a balance of spontaneity and expert planning.
🛌 You won’t be sleeping in tents or roughing it! We offer comfortable, high-standard accommodation in shared double rooms, with the option to upgrade to a private room for an additional fee.

Thanks to our experience and deep knowledge of the Icelandic terrain, we always select the best location for each moment.
Our primary focus, of course, is capturing top-quality landscape photos. However, between key photo sessions, we also explore Iceland’s breathtaking sights.
